How to Rock: Hot Buys Leggings_
Pulling off any busy-printed piece can be difficult, but a few simple pointers can make it much easier; hence the creation of the new column, How to Rock.

Pull a single color from the busy pattern- for example, pink. I paired the Hot Buys leggings with a Basics white tube top, the Elle Scalloped Punch Blazer, and last season's Elle hot pink platforms. For accessories, I'm wearing the Hot Buys record necklace, Hot Buys watch, and Hot Buys earrings.
